I’ve been trying to call for the last 4 days to pay off my handset credit agreement but everytime I call and they put me through to Virgin, it says your phone lines aren’t open. I’m calling within the hours you should be open. I have no log in, so unable to make a payment online.
Is someone able to point me in the direction of how I can get this paid off ASAP?

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues paying off your handset agreement. Just to confirm what number are you calling? Do you also have active O2 services with us?
