Paying off VM credit agreement

Just joined

I have a handset credit agreement with Virgin Mobile with a few months left which I would like to pay off but finding it impossible to do so.

I am no longer a Virgin customer so cannot log in and don’t have an account number meaning when I call I cannot get through the system to speak to anyone. Ive tried many options but it always end in being hung up on. I’ve tried chat/whatsapp but just get directed to the phone number. There appear to be no options on online payment links to use credit agreement details.

How can I speak to someone to pay this off please??

Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to make a payment for your handset loan agreement.

We would have to advise that if you migrated from Virgin Mobile to O2 you will need to contact O2 by calling the team on 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 mobile) instead.
If you didn't migrate the services to O2 then please call 0345 602 4420 for further assistance.
