Hi,
I've been paying monthly for an iPad credit agreement, but my bank card has changed so I've received an SMS to say that I need to pay. the old card is stored on there (which I asked them to remove before), so I'm unable to pay. I don't know my security key etc, I just have my loan number. How can I get set up online with the freestyle account so that I don't have to go through the endless calls and messages each month just to make a payment? Many thanks.

Sorry you're having trouble getting things sorted on your handset loan agreement now that your card has changed.
We're not able to update card details here on the Forums but we are able to help set up your Online Account for your loan.
