Paying an arrears balance

Can anyone tell me how to pay an old arrears balance with Virgin mobile please? I have an outstanding balance of £12 from Jan22 which has been sitting as a default on my Equifax account and I'd like to pay it so it shows as settled. I don't have any of the account details, only my name (which has since changed through marriage) and address. Do I just need to ring up or can I do it online?

Hi thanks for your reply, I actually don’t know but I suspect it was a final service billing amount as it was dated Jan 22 which was when I switched to a contract with a different supplier.
