I have 3 mobile phones that I pay the handset to Virgin (before they switched to O2) and the sim only has moved to O2.
I have been on the phone most of the morning to try and check when the handsets will be paid off as I believe 1 is this month.
When I call Virgin I keep being told they are closed and get cut off. I have tried the chat and they keep trying to direct me to O2. I have spoke to O2 and they have advised the contracts are still with Virgin for the phones.
Can anyone help and I am slowly loosing the will to live trying to get this resolved.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to speak with the team regarding your mobile loan agreement(s).
We don't have a mobile department anymore since we joined with O2, but you can speak with the finance team on 0345 602 4420 who should be able to assist you further on this.
