I am having issues paying off my handset loan i took out with Virgin. O2 are saying that they can't help, Then Virgin are just directing me back to O2 I’m just going round in circles and all I want to do is pay off my old device before I get my new one

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to find out how to make a payment towards your handset.
Do you have access to view your handset loan online? You should have an email from us with a link to the portal with your security key and credit loan number.
Otherwise, you can call us on our dedicated number 0345 602 442 to make a payment that way 😊

The number doesn’t work and I don’t have access to the details for my portal if these could be sent to me again then that would be great or if theres any other options please advise

That number isn't working - I wanted to pay off my handset - so obviously when I saw this thread I rang the number -
There is an automated voice saying something along the lines of "hello, this is Virgin Media, we tried to call you earlier but couldn't get through - don't worry about it - we'll try again (not exact wording) - and hangs up
