I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble regarding a handset loan agreement. To clarify, you can both access and view the agreement online but it doesn't detail how much is remaining on the loan balance?
Along with this, can you confirm if you moved over to O2 as part of our mobile migration, or did you move to a different provider since taking out the loan agreement with us?
