I am having issues paying off my handset loan i took out with Virgin. O2 are saying that they can't help, and directing me to Virgin, and Virgin are also claiming they can't help. The numbers that were included in my credit agreement are no longer online.
I have 2 handsets with Virgin Im paying for and need some info, even possibly paying it off.
Can anyone help please?
