PLEASE HELP AS I AM BEING PASSED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN VIRGIN AND O2 AND NO ONE CAN SEEM TO HELP ME WITH REGARDS TO MY HANDSET
Hi, i believe i have a loan agreement in place but unable to find me password/key via email. I was migrated over to o2 but am still paying virgin mobile for the handset. How do I find details of my loan agreement? I've checked through my current email and can find no record of any emails from vrigin mobile.

When the handset loan was taken, you will have received two emails, one with a link to the portal to view the agreement throughout its duration and one with a password to access the link.
I can see you have posted on another thread and my colleague has invited you to PM to assist further.

He helped me with one device, but not the other two, then i got shouted at for sending a further message. If the links on the emails actually worked, it may be ok, but since the switch to O2 everyhting is broken.
