I'm unsure if I still have a credit agreement with Virgin since they've moved to o2. I have managed to access my credit agreement pdf and it doesn't clarify how much is left on my agreement but £33 is taken out of my bank account every month from Virgin. Speaking to o2, they have said that my contract has finished and I can go onto a sim only plan. So why is £33 coming out of my account then? I'm very confused and Virgin is difficult to actually speak to.

I'm sorry for the confusion regarding your handset, the payments for this would be with us rather than O2 though your SIM deal will be with O2.
The credit agreement should list the price of the handset as well as the future payments, are you able to see this on the agreement?
