Hello.
Need some support massively as trying to get a hold of virgin mobile or anyone is proving impossible.
I have received my latest credit agreement statement from virgin media for my handset.
I want to know if at some point you are entitled to upgrade free?
I no longer have the airtime package with virgin/O2 as they were shocking on service.
Can anyone help or provide some information.

We're sorry to hear about the poor experience you've had 😔
Unfortunately, we (Virgin Mobile) don't offer handsets anymore.
Once the credit agreement ends with us, you'll need to take out a new handset elsewhere. That could be through O2 or another provider, or you could buy one outright from the manufacturer.
