Can't seem to get an answer from any of the customer service personnel, but it looks like people are getting positive support here. Can someone DM me some support for gaining the credit agreement number and security number so I can finally gain access to the agreement.

I was able to offer support in sending out the credit agreement information as requested, following the confirmation of some information. You can access the loan agreement portal here 👉 https://virginmedia.icehosted.com/VirginMedia/WebPortal/SelfService
Sadly we aren't able to offer support with credit loan repayments via community. For support with this, you need to contact O2 directly, who will then re-direct you to a freestyle team to pay off any outstanding amount. You can contact O2 via 👉 https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and also 📲8002 from an O2 mobile or over 📞 0800 977 7337 from a landline.
