I have 2 mobile contracts both which were originally created with Virgin, these have now switched over to O2. When opening the app I am being told I can upgrade the handsets however may still have an outstanding credit agreement with Virgin. I no longer have the email for either of the handsets credit agreements and after an hour phone call with O2 and Virgin earlier was unable to request the details to access this. Would any be able help me find these details?

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues accessing your credit agreements.
The problem we have is that via the Community, we're not able to change the email used and we can only send you a reminder of the details via email. Are you able to regain the access to the emails you used when you set up the agreements? If so, let us know and we can move over to private message to pass security and get this arranged.
If you're not able to access the email accounts then we wouldn't be able to help via the Community and you'd need to speak to the team by calling them on 0345 602 4420. They are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
