Hi I have already been in contact about my mobile phone,the screen is cracked and it is still under contract, is it possible to see about getting the screen replaced please.

We're sorry to hear that the screen needs replacing. In order to get this replaced, you would need to go through your insurance. I'm afraid a cracked screen isn't covered on your warranty.
If you don't have insurance for the device, then you'd need to look at getting it repaired through a manufacturer approved repair centre as otherwise you will void the warranty for any further possible faults.
