virgin equipment return

I am moving from Virgin and have been sent a form requesting return of equipment 5 items in all. I have found 4 out of 5 but the fifth item is set top box Samsung Tivo 500GB. I think this is the old box which was replaced a few years ago and I think was returned when Arris Tivo 1TB box was supplied. Or at least I can't find it.

Whats the best to do?

I am sorry you are having issues finding these, We do not need your TiVo box as you can see here of all the equipment we do need to be returned.
