type 12 remote control wont clear shows?

I have a v+hd box for our second box that we watch in the dinning room. The remote we use is the type 12 remote with the silver logo on the bottom.

My problem is the "my shows" is 100% full and wont clear the shows because the remote doesn't have a clear button on it. 

Cant figure out how to clear certain shows to free up hard drive space

Can you help please?

Your box is obsolete and therefore not supported, so VM will provide a replacement.

The V+ boxes were removed from VM's network many years ago, but I'm intrigued by your reference to the "My Shows" button, this is a TiVo-thing.
