Hi.
I’ve had an email saying I need to upgrade my TiVo box to keep my sky Sports and TNT subscription? I’ve followed the link on the email and ended up on a bit a rabbit hole on the VM website. I don’t really want to call customer services if possible. Can I complete this order via the VM team on here - or does anyone know how to do it online? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which email have you received? There's two doing the rounds at the moment, both of which are encouraging very different things.
1: Low users of TNT Sports on the Maxit bundle are being asked to opt-in to retain the channels and avoid losing them.
2: TiVo & V6 users with an active Sky Sports subscription are being encouraged to migrate away from TiVo/V6 onto the TV360 platform in order to access the Sky Sports+ HD multiscreen service sooner than will be possible on V6.
There are aspects of "2" you should be a lot clearer on before jumping straight in, but from your description, either of the scenarios could apply.
