TiVo box upgrade email
Hi. I’ve had an email saying I need to upgrade my TiVo box to keep my sky Sports and TNT subscription? I’ve followed the link on the email and ended up on a bit a rabbit hole on the VM website....

Which email have you received? There's two doing the rounds at the moment, both of which are encouraging very different things.
1: Low users of TNT Sports on the Maxit bundle are being asked to opt-in to retain the channels and avoid losing them.
2: TiVo & V6 users with an active Sky Sports subscription are being encouraged to migrate away from TiVo/V6 onto the TV360 platform in order to access the Sky Sports+ HD multiscreen service sooner than will be possible on V6.
There are aspects of "2" you should be a lot clearer on before jumping straight in, but from your description, either of the scenarios could apply.
