I have a Sky Sports subscription through Virgin Media but only Channel 518 is working and that did not give me a full choice of League 1 matches (only 3). Channel 508 is supposed to have a full range of matches but that is coming up as not in my subscription, when it should be. What do I have to do to access all of the matches available?

If you have one of the older TiVO boxes you won't be able to get the additional streams. V6 customers can still get the old SD version of multiscreen. But to get the full SkySports + service you have to migrate to V360 or Stream (see below).

"If you watch on our TiVo® box or V6 box (powered by TiVo), you can get all the action on Sky Sports+ on CH 508 in HD (or SD on CH 518) or the Sky Sports app. You can’t get the Sky Sports+ Red Button, though, so if that sounds like something you want then it’s super-simple to upgrade your Virgin TV box.
