Same issue here. Two solid green lights on box, last connection was successful. On the Home screen there are 4 pics at the top however in My Shows there are no pics for the individual programs including recordings, iPlayer doesn't load and Catch-Up channels screen just shows a generic folder icon instead of the channel logos. Status page shows no current issues.

VM have acknowledged there is a problem, service status for TV has changed.

Error message 602 may appear on screen when trying to use on demand and catch up services just now. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible.
