Hi, managed to get an engineer out the other day, new router required, and engineer said our TiVo box needed replaced, new one is absolutely horrendous, really slow changing screen, keeps going completely blank for a couple of seconds, anyone any ideas iv tried restarting TiVo but still the same, just really annoying, especially as the old one the engineer took away was like a jet, unbelievable, well done virgin.

Are you sure you had a tivo box and it was changed for another tivo box?

I don't think Virgin Media would replace that TiVo box with another TiVo box, are you sure it's not a Virgin TV 360 box as that's what they're really moving towards now.
It wouldn't make much sense for them to send a TiVo box out if they are trying to get rid of them.
