Hi all,
I need to move my tivo box and hub but the length of the wire isn't long enough. I've looked online at ordering an extention wire but I have no idea what I need to get. Or of its possible to order one from Virgin?

You should call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Have a look at.. on this forum ...
as can be seen if an engineer calls with cable ..a visit will cost ...25 pounds ...now I suppose you must not get your own cable and attach a new piece of cabling as it could effect the signal ...but I know of people who do and buy cable
say from a retail outlet .. EB_Y ... but do not do that it could effect your set up ... good luck 😃
