Hi , when watching TNT ultimate after a few minutes the screen goes blank for 3-5 seconds the picture comes back on for about  5 minutes all ok and then it repeats. To the point I cannot watch sports on the Ultimare channel. Before I reach out to Virgin are there any tricks/settings I can try?

I have great wireless speed circa 380mbs

Which  TV set top box do you have?  TV360 or Flex (Stream)?

Wireless speed wouldn't affect the live TV channel unless it was the Flex (Stream) box and even then a speed of 20mbs would be sufficient.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

Go to Settings > Audio & Video and experiment with Match frame rate by trying it with it turned off and on.
