I have been with VM since NTL years and have had the Super Hub3 for many, many years and I'm just asking since alot of other providers are upgrading there routers are VM doing the same and have I missed out on any updates as I see that they are upto No.5 now and i'm still on No.3?

Any information would be appreciated

VM do not ‘upgrade’ their hubs. They supply an appropriate one for the speed of your plan. The only way to get another hub is to upgrade your plan to 1G and this would then need another different hub. It might be a Hub5 or even a Hub4.

Shame

VM should upgrade their hubs for customers paying top dollar for service. Now lagging behind other providers.
