Replacement screws

I've had a box placed in a new room and the screws are missing that attach the front of the box to the backplate. Not sure if they were missing from the start, or if they were removed during recent painting.

Any idea how I could get replacements, or what the spec of the screws is so I can just buy a couple?

I would imagine they are just standard electrical back box screws?  Any decent DIY store will have these in different lengths.  The original screws are "security" head screws, but not necessary IMHO.

Standard electrical wall box screws are 3.5mm, but these are probably 4mm or maybe 3mm. Try Amazon or B&Q. Would cost you £25 if you got VM to fix it.
