Hi @bigguy283

Welcome back to the community forums.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with TVGO asking to register your PC.

If you've any extensions, a VPN or settings in place that delete your cookies/cache then this might explain why it's asking you multiple time to register the same device. You'll have to then keep the cookies on any laptop/PC or MacBook or it will register as a new device every time and use up all of the available changes. More info on this can be found here regarding this.

Hi Carley_S , Thanks for your reply, it is obviously a firefox issue on my pc as i have always allowed cookies, and have no other extentions or vpn running, And this has only started happening in the last 2 months! , i now have managed to get TvGo working on my pc by using microsoft Edge, but i still need someone to delete the 2 firefox2024 slots , so i can register my laptop, please
many thanks

Thank you for reaching back out bigguy283, and I am sorry to hear this.

Let me send you a DM and we will look at sorting this out for you.
