I have the same issue and found numerous threads on the subject.
When I log in to the app on my iPad it just says “Oops - the service isn’t available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes”. iPad software and app up to date, app works on my phone. Any help?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the Virgin TV Go app on your iPad Air. To clarify, the error message appears after you've logged into the account? Do you have any issues logging into My Virgin Media via the app on that device?
