Hi, 

I have a watchlist on Virgin TV Go which I use during the week.  I have just added a new programme to my list, which I think I might have had a list of about 10-15 programmes.  I was just in this morning and started watching an episode from my newly added programme.   Stopped watching for about an hour and have gone back into my watchlist and it's been deleted.  I can see some episodes which I have still to watch on my continue watching list, but where have all my programmes gone that were in my watchlist?

Hi Prso9,

We're sorry to hear the programmes are not showing in your watch list. 

Could you please try logging out and back in? 

Please let us know if the programmes then appear.

Hi Vikki_M,

Sorry, haven't used the TV Go app over Christmas,  so forgot abiut the issue I was having.  I have signed out of the app, forced it to stop and them signed back in and the list of programmes I had on my watchlist are still not showing.  I have 2 which I added after I logged this issue, but the programmes I had previously to that, are still showing.  I can add them back as and when they have been recordeded on my V6 box,  but wondered if there was a known issue. I did select to join the beta, but don't think it worked as it still gives me the option to join.  Again, dunno if this has anything to do with it.
