I had been using my virgin tv go app to connect to my virgin main box, mainly for setting up recordings and changing channels, but foe the last few days I haven’t been able to connect to the box, all I get is the circle of doom and connecting to virgin media. I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app but with the same result.
Any help would be much appreciated

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to connect to your main box.
Are you able to connect to any other boxes in your home? Is your main box connected to your home network correctly to enable your iOS app to reach it?
Which box do you currently have with us?
