My Virgin media app

Hi can’t sign into VM app Virgin Media keep saying will ring me that was a week ago

    Are you able to login to the web browser version of your online account or any other applications? Have you ever been able to access your online account via the app?

      On the my VM app get through to choose your password have been trying for about 5 days it keeps saying oops something went wrong
