Virgin Media App
This morning, someone your end reset our hub because our phone line wasn't working.
Since then, we have been unable to connect to the hub via the virgin media app. Please can you help?

Sorry you're not able to connect to your Hub via the Virgin Media App.
Can you send us a screenshot of what you see when you try please?
Have you also tried using the Connect App?
