I only use one device to watch virgin tv go which is my desktop computer , I use Microsoft edge browser i save the cookie data but when i log off and then log back on at my choosing i.e. a day later or two days later its asked me to register the same device I'm using as stated above so after five logins , its no longer usable its needs to be reset by phoning virgin media tech and that is an experience to say the least so they reset the virgin tv go on my computer but then after five more logins its back to square one also i have used the app and i have same issue this is very annoying and very disappointing i cant spend time on the phone every time this happens and i get the same routine answers all the time my computer is Windows 10 and its fully updated and yes the virgin tv go works perfectly but its the actual logins is becoming a pain in the butt After 5 logins = Reset=Phone Virgin=Reset and the procedure happens after every five logins what is the point !
