Hello,
I downloaded the Virgin go app yesterday for the first time. I can’t watch recorded programmes as it says The recording is only available on your home network. If you’re at home please make sure you’re connected to the same network or SSID. My phone is connected to the same network.
I can choose to watch the programme on TV but control it from my phone and it works great so they’re clearly connected, but it won’t play on my iPhone. I’m going to try another device over the weekend but it’s only useful to be if I can watch recorded programmes in another room.

Sorry to hear you've been unable to access your recordings via TV Go on you iPhone. And for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Have you had any success on your other devices? Regarding your iPhone, is it on the latest software? Is it connected directly to our network? Meaning no VPNs, etc.

Make sure you're on the right network, a SSID is the name of your network, for example "VM**********" is your SSID. If you have a guest network and you're connected to that guest network, try and use the main network.
