Hello, I haven't been able to log in to the virgin TV go for ages and can't seem to get it sorted. I have tried chrome and edge with no luck. I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have spoken to a virgin media rep who got me to reset my password but to no avail. It claims there is a problem with my devices settings.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV GO, are you able to access another device? Have you ever been able to access TV GO? Keep us posted and we will do our best to assist.

Hello Zoie, thank you for your reply. Yes I can access it on my phone. I have been able to access it on my laptop before but not anymore.
