Virgin TV GO on MAC Copyright Restricted

Hello all. Please help. I am unable to watch any football or live TV via the TX GO on my new MAC. I keep getting a "restricted due to copyright" message. I have on 1 device now registered out of 5. Please can anyone help as this is driving g me crackers. Cheers.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues that you are having with TVGO on your Mac. Please ensure that your Mac is set up for UK based location and you are not running a VPN or IP Proxys. Please let us know if you are still facing copyright issues.
