Trying to access TV programmes on my laptop and on my mobile phone through TVGo - message received for all channels is as below
"Sorry, this programme is blocked on this device due to copyright restrictions"
Worked fine a couple of weeks ago. I haven't changed anything since. I've read similar posts and not found anything that works. Very frustrating. Any advice would be much appreciated

If so, you've not got an active VPN on the device have you?

Is this error happening also on FTA/PSB channels? Such as ITV, any of the UKTV/U& channels?
OK it's working now I'm back home. On both laptop and phone. Not sure what happened there

Hi Tom. Not working again. Seems to work when I’m at home but not when I’m away from home, which unsurprisingly is when I want to use it. Very frustrating to be paying for something that doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated
I have the same issue when trying to watch TNT sports on Virgin Go app on iphone, was unable to watch Europa League game last week as got copyright restriction message. I was in the UK and no vpn on my device.

Thanks for posting in regards to your TV Go and the content issues, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
Some content is blocked by the provider to prevent reproduction or streaming, this tends to be live sports and will give the copyright restriction message. Are you able to watch other content, pre recorded shows for example?
