Virgin TV Control - cant accept terms

Hi all

Have the TV Control app to remote access my V6 etc.

Want to set up streaming from the app to my phone but when I Start Setup it takes me to a EULA Ts and Cs page which is not loading so I can't complete setup.

Worked fine before I changed phone 3 months ago, anyone else had this??

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with the TV control app at the moment. 

I know this is a bit of a silly question but have you tried to remove and re-add the app? Are you using the most up to date version of the TV control app?
