I assume you mean Virgin TV Go, as there is no Virgin + app.
TV Go is only licenced for use on mobile devices (tablets & phones). A Firestick allows you to view on a mains powered TV at any address, which is against the terms & conditions of use for your Virgin TV services. These state you can only view your services on a mains powered TV at the address the account is held.

It looks like the OP (morinha) is based in Canada since they have Virgin TV Plus.
Virgin Plus is a brand operated by Bell Canada for Internet and TV and has no affiliation with Virgin Media's owners Liberty Global. The only thing either company have in common is that they licence the Virgin brand name from Richard Branson and he has no say in either company.
This forum is for Virgin Media domestic customers based in the UK, so I suggest you should use either the Canadian /Virgin-Plus-Community forums, or https://www.virginplus.ca/en/support/contact-us.html
