I use Virgin Go on my upstairs PC, and every time I log back in to continue watching a series it asks me to register a new device and now i've reached the limit... why does it not recognize it's the same device ? it has the same IP and Mac address.. same browser etc.. If it were unlimited changes I wouldn't care as it takes a second to remove/replace but the limit means I cant watch my show tonight.

Hi @telemusik
Is your PC set up correctly as per the screen shot below?
virginmedia.com is listed as a trusted site? Your browser allows popups from the VM TVGo website and also allows protected content.
You aren't using an incognito window or clearing cookies.

Hi Sdfitz,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are facing issues with your Connect app and registered devices, if you are using a Laptop this can happen if you have it set to delete Cookies and Cache when you reboot, if this is the case it means it doesn't remember the device meaning it sees it as a new device each time, please check your browser settings to make sure.
In regards to resetting your devices this will be done automatically at the start of each month and isn't something we can do manually.
Regards
Paul.
