VMTV GO website will not load on laptop

VMTV GO website will not load on laptop. Just keeps on the red background page. Working fine for years then last night started getting very sluggy now today it won't load at all. Works on my other devices. I have cleared cashe and cookies etc

Yes have been using google crome for years then suddenly stopped working on it few nights ago tried microsoft edge gets 2 sign in page just keeps spinning after entering password, which is 100% correct then it times out. Tried incognito mode loads the home page of vmtvgo but then does the same when I enter password...times out.

The app also doesn't work on laptop wont load.

Works fine on my phone.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the laptop? Have you tried via an incognito mode on the web page?

Can you reset my vmtvgo app it's stopped loading again on laptop. I'm having problems with youtube and deleted cookies etc to try fix it now vmtvgo won't let me sign in again
