I also have this problem and have had it for about 6 months. It doesn't let me past my email address. If I put a wrong email address it moves forwards. It works fine on my ipad but not on my iphone. Having upgraded to a 360 TV box this has become more of an issue as the remote control is now part of tv go.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and always keep it up to date. Thanks

I am so sorry that you have also faced this issue and thank you again for posting. Can I just check, when you say it wont let you enter the correct email, are you using your My Virgin Media log in email? Does the app work on an alternative device at all?

I'm using my virgin media log in email and it works fine on my ipad. It seems to be allergic to my email address on my iphone. If I put any other email address in it taks me to the password page, which of course is useless as I don't have accounts on those. If I put the correct email address in then it brings up 'oops not available, try again in a few minutes' or something akin to that.
