Unable to view ANY Channel

My subscription includes TNT and I can watch it on TV. When I try to watch TNT1 on TV Go on my laptop it first prompts me to register my device (every single time I try) then says "Not available. Sorry, we can't play this at the moment."

What's the deal? I want to watch the cricket!

UPDATE: turns out I can't watch ANY channel. I get the same error.

SOLVED: disabled ad blockers etc. and now works fine. I need to eliminate exactly which extension was causing the problem and will update here.

Thanks for coming back with an update for your issues watching channels on TVGO. If you do find out which extension and browser you were using that causes this, that would be a big help to anyone else in the community having similar issues.

The extension causing the problem is Disable HTML 5 Autoplay.
