In lieu of channel outage issue on V6 box was hoping to use TV go on PC via Chrome which enables cast to TV.
Using this link
https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/settings/language/login
I can get it via above - keep getting 'Sign In' but when I click, no sign in email or password boxes come up - just returns to Sign In label . OK using app on Android and ipad, but the apps for those don't have a casting option.
How can I sign in via Chrome...?

Bear in mind TV Go is only designed to be used on portable devices powered by their own batteries. Virgin's TV agreements with the broadcasters only allow for viewing on a mains powered TV via the provided TV boxes, hence all easy ways of casting to a TV is blocked.

We're sorry to hear you've having an issue with watching TV Go. Whilst you won't be able to cast to the TV from any device, due to broadcasting restrictions, you should still be able to log in to view TV go on the device itself.
Please try refreshing and clearing the cache, cookies and history on the browser. Once that's done, please use this link to try to log in to TV Go.
Pop back and let us know if you're able to log in or whether you're still having issues.
