Tv Go App stopped working

Hi. I’ve used Virgin TV Go app on iPhone and Laptop for a long time. About 2 months ago it stopped working and now won’t show Live TV. Just get error message. When click Now On Tv get error “oops, something went wrong. Please try again later”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled app countless times and get some of 4G and wifi on phone and laptop. Please help very frustrated. See lots of other people with same issue but no fix. Rung VM and promised tech call back but never happened. Please private message me to help.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your with TV go at the moment. Are you able to access and use TV go via the website version instead of the app?

Have you tried to remove and re-add the app since the issues started?

Hi Steven. Thanks for the reply. No as per my post, I can't get Live TV anymore on iphone, ipad or macbook. It used to work fine on all of them until about 2 months ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It sounds like a common issue as lots of other post on the same problem, but no solutions. Really frustrating as I use the app a lot when out and about. Please help.
