TVGO app and website jump when trying to watch anything

I have tried on different browsers and via the app on both pc and tablet.

Whilst watching every 20 seconds or so there is a brief lag/jump in which the video skips forward a couple of seconds.

This started before christmas 2023 and has not been fixed.

I have cleared my cookies etc but there is no improvement.

I’m having the same issue with the Drama channel. It plays fine for a few seconds then the sound and picture come unsynced. It’s only happening to the Drama channel in my case too.


How can this be fixed?

I am so sorry that you are also facing this issue, but just to confirm this only happens on one channel for you? 

Have you also been able to try on multiple devices as well as the app and the site? 



Yes, it is just the one channel “Drama” that lags after a few seconds. 

Yes, I have tried using it on my iPad and iPhone app, with both doing the same. I haven’t tried it on the site.

If you can please try using the site version and let us know if the issue is happening there too? 

If you can also please ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the operating system on your device, and also the app on your devices. 

Following this, f you haven't done so already -please try deleting and re-installing the app.
