TV Go not recognising registered device

My phone is one of the 5 registered devices I have for the tv go app but is not being recognised - please help!

Thank you for your response. Can you let me know what happens when trying to access the app on the device? Do you get an error code? If this the only device you are having issues with?

No error code - I get an error saying that the maximum number of devices has been reached. This is limited to this device.
