Hello all.
I am having the problem with Virgin TV Go asking me to register a new device almost every time I use it, even though I am only using the same device - Google Chrome browser on a MacBook. I am not clearing cache or cookies, but for some reason I am asked to register again and it has now maxed out.
Could someone get in touch to help reset for me, please?

When you re-register the "new" device, are you picking the default name suggested by the app? Or choosing an alternative?
If the latter, try the former
