TV Go was working yesterday. This morning I get the error message "Sorry - we can't play this at the moment 400". Currently I cannot watch anything on TV Go. I thought I might need to add / change my Device, and the Device page does not seem to allow Adding of New Devices. Looks like TV Go has a major fault. Please fix ASAP.

I've been having trouble getting Sky Sports to play on my laptop for a couple of weeks now, other programmes are o.k. including TNT Sports. I've tried deleting cookies etc. without success then I try again & it comes up, very frustrating

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issue affecting the TV GO service yesterday. This should now be resolved.

Hi,
I'm getting this error although I can hear the sound, it was working last week. Sky is still working with Virgin log on.
What was the fix?
Thanks

Hi @steveg8590
Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first post.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with TV Go despite getting the sound. We want to do our best to help. Can you let me know how you are accessing TV Go? Do you get this issue on multiple devices? Does this occur on every channel via TV Go?
Thanks,

Hi,
I am having the same problem on my fresh Windows 11 Pro install PC.
Any video I try to play, live or on demand, on any channel just gives me the error.....
Not Available: Sorry We Can't Play This At The Moment 0
However, i can hear the programme being played.
I've registered and de-registered the device - I have no more change left for now. I get the same error on the App and the web. I've cleared the cache. Rebooted. No luck at all.
The app works perfectly on my android phone.
Im using Chrome with all extensions turned off.
My PC has a AMD Ryzen 5 2500U processor 8GB Ram and a 256 GB ssd.
As I said this is a fresh Windows 11 Pro install. I've searched this forum for a fix but all I find is many folks with the same problem but no fix.
Any help from Virgin would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us @seayjay1958 and I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the TV Go service on this device.
With the advising of the TV Go services working on other devices, this is something you would be best placed to raise with the manufacturer of the device and/or the operating service.
This wouldn't represent an issue with the service we're currently supplying.
Thanks,
David_Bn

This issue is relatively recent. I can no longer watch sport on my chromebook because every 5 minutes I have to refresh as the video feed stops with this error. It needs sorting out ASAP!

Hi @Ryancarlwatson 👋 Thank you for your post and welcome to the Virgin Media Community 😀
We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing 😔
Just to confirm, are you accessing TV Go via the app or a browser? Also, which specific sports channels are you unable to watch?
Please pop back to us at your earliest convenience.

Daniel

Hello Daniel.
If you read my posts you will see that I am having the problem on both the chrome browser and the app with slightly different error codes.
I am trying to watch TNT sports. It works and then a few minutes in comes up with the error. I can refresh the browser and it works for a time until the error comes back.
