For the last few days, my TVGO app hasn't been playing recordings. I'm definitely on the same network
I'm getting this error. I upgraded to 360 in June, and it's worked fine up until a few days ago.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues using TVGO.
Is it just watching the recordings that's the issue?
Have you uninstalled and re-installed the app?
Can you confirm if you've tried resetting your My Virgin Media password, then logging back into TVGO?

Both Coronation Street and Emmerdale episodes are available to watch via the ITVX app on your TV, VM360 and other devices that have the ITVX app.
Your 360 set top box wasn't turned off, or set to standby when you set the recordings was it?
Check the standby settings on your 360 box
Home > Settings > System > Standby Power Consumption and make sure that you have selected either Fast Start or Active Start.
If it's set to Eco Start it's rather like unplugging the box or turning it off at the wall as it won't get the signal from the app to either watch a recording or to set a recording.
I'd also suggest setting the Standby Timer to 24 hours, rather than 4,5 or 6 hours.

I set it to active Starr but I'll check the other settings. Never had that problem with old tivo.
I haven't changed the box just upgraded to 360 on the same box.

Just the recordings, I changed the password so maybe that's the problem I'm relogged in with new password though.

Hi I'm logged in with the correct password. To be honest it may be a coincidence that it started around the time that I changed my password although I can't pinpoint if this happened straight away.
I noticed that my phone is showing twice in device list so I deleted one of them just in case. (One said current device so I kept that one)
It won't let me watch recordings that I know I've watched, from my phone previously as I went back and found one from a few weeks ago just to check.
I've tried from mine and my daughters profiles plus the shared one and they're all the same.
box is Set to fast start and standby 24hrs
I've even unplugged my wifi pod in case that had anything to do with it but it's made no difference.
Live TV is OK from the app and so my subscribed channels are listed and working, so it must be connected to the box OK
Recordings are showing and working on the TV OK
I'm completely at a loss

Can I just confirm is it all recordings that are not able to be played or just certain ones? If certain ones what are the programmes in question?
