TV GO wont play recordings?
For the last few days, my TVGO app hasn't been playing recordings. I'm definitely on the same network I'm getting this error. I upgraded to 360 in June, and it's worked fine up until a few days ago...

I'm getting this message when trying to watch my recordings from the TVGO app

Both Coronation Street and Emmerdale episodes are available to watch via the ITVX app on your TV, VM360 and other devices that have the ITVX app.
Your 360 set top box wasn't turned off, or set to standby when you set the recordings was it?
Check the standby settings on your 360 box
Home > Settings > System > Standby Power Consumption and make sure that you have selected either Fast Start or Active Start.
If it's set to Eco Start it's rather like unplugging the box or turning it off at the wall as it won't get the signal from the app to either watch a recording or to set a recording.
I'd also suggest setting the Standby Timer to 24 hours, rather than 4,5 or 6 hours.
